Republic Trash Service Holiday Schedule
Republic Services will operate on a
1-DAY DELAY during the Holiday Season
· Trash and Recycle service regularly scheduled for Tuesday 12/26 will be serviced Wednesday 12/27
· Trash service regularly scheduled for Friday 12/29 will be serviced Saturday 12/30
· Trash and Recycle service regularly scheduled for Tuesday 01/02 will be serviced Wednesday 01/03
· Trash service regularly scheduled for Friday 01/05 will be serviced Saturday 01/06
Christmas Tree Pick up: Tuesday Jan 2, 2024 Tuesday Jan 9, 2024
Christmas Trees must be free of all ornaments, tinsel & garland. Place on the curb prior to 6a.m. All trees over 8 feet in length will need to be cut in half.

Welcome to Lifestyle Condominium community. This small community of 136 townhome style condominiums is located on the North side of Westfields Blvd and has access to all of the Sully Station Community Association amenities. Lifestyle Condominium community operates both under an independent Board of Directors and as a member of the Sully Station Community Association.

Townhome Living
Sully Station is home to over 500 colonial-style townhomes across multiple family-friendly neighborhoods. There is a variety of charm and personality throughout our community; for example, some townhomes have garages and stairs while others have direct first floor entry and reserved parking. Most townhomes are within walking distances of a tot lot and community greenspace for walking, running, or biking.
Single Family Home Living
Sully Station has over 300 single family homes that offer privacy, access to an outdoor lifestyle, and even room for a dog. We have large homes on larger lots, multiple cul de sacs and pipestems to limit through traffic, and many homes that back to community or park land. It is walking friendly and near paved walking trails through wooded green space.
