SNOW REMOVAL

The Virginia Department of Transportation and the Sully Station Community Association share responsibility for snow plowing throughout the neighborhood.

» Sidewalks: Residents are asked to clear snow and ice adjacent

to their private property as soon as possible to keep pedestrians safe!

Note: The Association’s plowing service will be automatically provided at a snow accumulation of two (2) inches. For heavy snow storms with an accumulation of over eight (8) inches, plowing will be done initially to clear lanes for emergency vehicle access only. With higher accumulations or drifting, normal snow plowing equipment’s effectiveness may be reduced which may result in the use of rubber tired front-end loaders. The spreading of sand will be at the discretion of the contractor (contractor will not plow or sand individual parking spaces).

The Annual Meeting of the Sully Station Community Association will convene on Wednesday, February 11, 2025, at the Sully Station Community Center, 5101 Sequoia Farms Drive, Centreville, Virginia 20120.

TIME: 6:30 p.m. – Sign In         7:00 p.m. – Annual Meeting Begins

REMINDERS

  • Place cans and bins out AFTER 7pm or dusk the evening before pick-up
  • Use trash cans with tight fitting lids
  • Recycle bins - Secure your items 
  • Flatten cardboard boxes
  • Yard waste - Place in paper bags or a container marked "YARD WASTE"
  • Yard waste - Branches less than 4 feet, bundles and tied with rope or twine
  • Yard waste - Do not use plastic bags

Community Center Rental



Who Can Rent the Community Center? 

The community center is available for reservation exclusively by Sully Station owners or their designated tenants.

Third-party rentals, including bookings on behalf of friends or relatives, are not permitted. All fees and deposits must be paid by the owner, who must also be present throughout the event and is responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Rental and Deposit Fees 

  • Rental Fee: $50 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum per reservation. Be sure to include setup and cleanup time within your reserved hours.  
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation. 
  • Lifeguard Fees: If lifeguards are needed for your event, the cost is $145 to $180 per hour, depending on the size of the party. 
  • Payment: We accept checks only, payable to Sully Station CA

Reservation Process

Complete and submit the online reservation form available on this website.   

Deliver both the rental fee and security deposit checks to the management office within 7 days of submitting your online reservation.

Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive both checks.

Please note, failure to submit the checks within 7 days will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

    Rental Hours & Availability 

    The community center can be reserved up to 6 months in advance. Please note that rentals are available only on the hour (no half-hour rentals).


    Available Rental Hours:  
    Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 8:00 AM to midnight (4-hour minimum, including setup and cleanup).  
    Monday through Friday: 5:00 PM to midnight (4-hour minimum, including setup and cleanup).


    Swimming Pool Rental:  
    The pool may be rented in conjunction with the community center from 8:00 PM to midnight (full hour rentals only).  
    Renting the pool requires renting the community center as well.  
    Lifeguards are mandatory for pool rentals.

    Check for Available Dates 
    If no restrictions are indicated on the website calendar for your desired date, that means it is available for reservation. Only booked reservations and restrictions are shown on the calendar.

    Rental Space and Capacity

    • The rental space measures 36 ft. x 30 ft.
    • Available for use: 60 chairs and 16 six-foot tables.
    • The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
    • Maximum occupancy is 99 people.
    • Bring your own tablecloths & trash bags

    Cancellation Policy:

    You must notify the management of a cancellation on a business day (Monday through Friday) prior to the event to receive a complete refund for the cancellation.
