      Welcome to Lifestyle Condominium community. This small community of 136 townhome style condominiums is located on the North side of Westfields Blvd and has access to all of the Sully Station Community Association amenities.  Lifestyle Condominium community operates both under an independent Board of Directors and as a member of the Sully Station Community Association.

      Sully Station is home to over 500 colonial-style townhomes across multiple family-friendly neighborhoods.  There is a variety of charm and personality throughout our community; for example, some townhomes have garages and stairs while others have direct first floor entry and reserved parking.  Most townhomes are within walking distances of a tot lot and community greenspace for walking, running, or biking.



      Single Family Home Living 

      Sully Station has over 300 single family homes that offer privacy, access to an outdoor lifestyle, and even room for a dog.  We have large homes on larger lots, multiple cul de sacs and pipestems to limit through traffic, and many homes that back to community or park land.  It is walking friendly and near paved walking trails through wooded green space.
